Introduction
Consult this page if you need to find your robot's model and serial number.
Each robot has at least one serial number plate. This shows the model and unique serial number of each robot:
Ameca
Behind abdomen black silicon rubber trim
- If removing trim, unpopper one popper at a time, gripping as close as possible to each popper. If possible grip the popper itself. This reduces risk of damaging the silicon.
- Abdomen - front facing forwards
- Legs - top of legs, inside pelvis facing up
Mesmer
Depending on model, location can vary.
Inside pelvis at top of legs, visible during shipping through cut out in shell.
On torso at front of abdomen, raise clothing to view.
Right side of abdomen and front of pelvis:
RoboThespian
On the rear of RoboThespian's torso, on outside of leg and kiosk:
Socibot & Socibot Mini
On the back plate on the rear of SociBot.
